Spine, Orthopedics and Rehabilitation (SOAR) was founded in 2003. From its inception, the practice has focused on a multidisciplinary approach to treating people with orthopedic and pain disorders through the application of advanced minimally invasive interventional pain therapy, physical therapy, medication optimization, diagnostic testing and laboratory testing. We have an on-site surgical center equipped with the most advanced technology in the country.

In addition to serving Melbourne, SOAR has increased its presence into Rockledge. As the practice has grown, the professional addition of Dr. Drahmane Kaba has offered an additional dimension to the facility.

The practice has invested in its staff and facility resources and is strategically positioning itself as the premier interventional pain center in Central Florida.

With the addition of Matt Thompson, PT we are able to offer physical therapy, functional tolerance assessments, gait analysis, and bracing, along with pain management from our experienced nurse practitioner Richard Pectol, ARPN.
