I don’t know if I have a case at this point, but whoever I spoke with was sure I’m aware of that and did so in a professional, curtious, and respective manner. In less than a week ago I underwent surgery so I’m not feeling my best. The representative was very understanding, and didn’t keep me long, and was incredibly sincere given my dilemma.

I spoke with Alisa Davis, who returned my call in minutes. She was highly professional, courteous, empathetic and very friendly. She treated me with the utmost respect, and also talked to me like we were old friends.
