My car got towed and was stolen, they fought to help me recover cash from the party at fault, although when I signed paper, it read that the law firm is entitled to 1/3 of any cash recovered, they honestly did not charge me anything for the car. I’m happy with the result, Jennifer is a wonderful person, always making sure I get a say in any negotiation taking place.

I can not speak highly enough about Jennifer and Overchuck Law Firm. After my son’s motorcycle accident we didn’t know what to do. He had a broken wrist and a totaled motorcycle (thank the Lord that is all), thanks to the lady that pulled out in front of him. He contacted Overchuck and they handled everything from there.
