I have been working with this firm for about 2 years, for my slip and fall case. I was exclusively working with Craig and Renee, from the first phone call i made to this firm they were on the ball, and had me in with a specialist within the first week. They were very compassionate about my case and sympathetic towards me. Best decision I ever made was firing Dan Newlin’s office and going with Kaufman and Lynd. These guys won’t let you down. Although being honest I do wish they could have gotten more out of my UM policy but it’s not entirely their fault, GIECO sucks.
