ADAM ROSS LITTMAN, ESQUIRE represents injury victims with Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Workers’ Compensation and Insurance cases in Courts throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Littman earned his law degree from the Stetson University College of Law, cum laude, in 1991 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1986. Mr. Littman was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1991.
At Stetson, Mr. Littman was an Editorial Board Member of the Stetson Law Review where he wrote Reconciling the Barbier and Fahnestock Decisions in Light of Current Trends Allowing Arbitral Awards of Punitive Damages: An Addendum to (E. Allen Farnsworth’s Article Entitled) Punitive Damages in Arbitration, 20 Stetson Law Review 411 (1991).
Mr. Littman is an Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association, a member of the Judge William Wieland American Inns of Court, a member of the Florida Workers’ Advocates; a member of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association; a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and a member of the Order of Barristers.
Through Mr. Littman’s hands-on experience litigating hundreds of claims and cases against large corporations, insurance companies, state and local governments and even the United States of America, Mr. Littman has gained extensive knowledge and understanding of “what-it-takes” to win significant cases, successfully handling a number of cases in excess of a million dollars.
Accordingly, Mr. Littman is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was nominated by lawyers throughout the State of Florida to the Florida Trend Legal Elite in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
