I’ve used Ramsey Smathers a total of 3 times. The 1st time was due to the worst experience of my life. My daughter who was 9 years old at the time was in a horrific car accident that killed her father and left her in critical condition. I can’t remember exactly how Mrs Smathers came to be her attorney but I’m forever grateful that she did. Everything was done quickly and with absolutely no stress added to my already stressful life in that time of my life. She got money my daughter was eligible to from his policy as well as mine which I had no idea she was eligible for. She also advised me on how to proceed to get what my daughter was entitled to by the driver of the vehicle. When I was in my 1st no fault accident there was no question in my mind who to contact. Unfortunately that accident required me to have surgery. She got me a very fair settlement. This last accident I was hit by a pickup truck and I hurt my back. Once again I called Mrs Smathers and has done her very best in representing my best interest. If were to ever get hurt due to someone else’s negligence there would be no other attorney that I would ever use other rehab Mrs Ramsey Smathers.
