I don't know if I have a case at this point, but whoever I spoke with was sure I'm aware of that and did so in a professional, curtious, and respective manner. In less than a week ago I underwent surgery so I'm not feeling my best. The representative was very understanding, and didn't keep me long, and was incredibly sincere given my dilemma.
