I opened my first chiropractic office in downtown Orlando, FL in 1999. From the beginning, I chose to practice Upper-cervical chiropractic (NUCCA, Grostic Adjustment, Atlas Orthogonal, Orthospinology). In my 20 years of practice, I have also learned quite a bit about the various stresses we all face. And to some extent, I believe much of this stress could be resolved by making a few lifestyle adjustments.
