Both Joseph and Jessica were so kind and caring towards me from the start of my case till the end made me feel cared for and they have great listeng skills very compassionate towards me as well I am a talker so they took the time every call and texts I sent them also Joseph came to my home with my paperwork since I have no car from the accident I am sure it was a long day for him but he came without hesitation and that I am grateful to him for. I got what I expected no car note and my medical paid for so I am very satisfied .i want to thank both Joseph and Jessica for a job well done .i hope I will not be put in this situation again but if I do I surely call Farah and Farah and ask for Joseph and Jessica !!

I call Farah and Farah after a Dump truck hit me one morning on the way to work. I’ve never been though a law office for help in the pass. I’ve been hit by cars two other times, and just paid myself. I was so impressed from the first phone call back to me. The guy was very helpful and help me to understand what was next. I was in touch with Amanda and Camilla with any questions that I had. If Anytime I called, I was sure to get a phone call back immediately. Mr Rutledge really ease my mind, when ever I spoke to him. He was very professional from the first time I met with him. During the pandemic things were a little crazy however Timothy Jones stepped in heard the need and did everything in his power to walk me through the process. . The communication, was always less than 24 hours, via email or by phone he always answered or responded with in a timely manner. He did not give me unrealistic expectations regarding a Slip and Fall case . I will be honest I contacted him weekly especially at the end of the case and he still managed to stay professional and give me the updates I requested. Everything thing they said he did.
